At Patel's Perfume, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, certain conditions apply to refunds and replacements.


Returns & Exchanges

Perfumes, attars and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene and product safety reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
