RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR RETURN

We accept returns in the following situations only:
1. The item arrived physically damaged or defective; must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
2. We sent the wrong item; must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. The item is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging; eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for:
• Opened, used, or tampered fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons, this applies to all perfumes and attars without exception)
• Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Items without original packaging or missing labels
• Products damaged due to misuse, spillage, or improper storage by the customer
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a special promotional offer

Please share:
→ Your order number
→ Reason for return
→ Clear photos or video of the item and its packaging
→ Your bank account details (for COD orders)
We will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
If approved, we will share the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without our confirmation.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will arrange or reimburse return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other approved reason, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): Refunded to the original payment method.
• COD orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer; please share your bank account details when you initiate the return request.
You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for sealed, unopened items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please contact us on WhatsApp before sending anything back.

CANCELLATIONS
─────────────────────────────────────
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please initiate a return instead after delivery.
