• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to discontinue products at any time.
• Product images are representative; actual colour and appearance may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen calibration, and batch differences.
• Fragrance descriptions (notes, longevity) are indicative. Scent perception and longevity vary based on individual skin chemistry, climate, and application.
• We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in an order you've placed, we will contact you to offer a corrected order, an alternative, or a full refund.

3. PRICING

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of ordering applies.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrectly displayed price.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us.

Reasons we may cancel an order:
• Product out of stock
• Payment not received or declined
• Shipping address is outside our serviceable area
• Suspected fraud or misuse

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets via our payment gateway partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pincodes; the option will appear at checkout if your location is eligible.
