We ship across India. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number once your order leaves our store.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹500; this will be applied automatically at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your delivery in real time.
You can also reach us on WhatsApp (+91 91120 83623) with your order number for a delivery status update.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO ORIGIN

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refused delivery), the courier will typically make 2–3 attempts before returning the package to us.
If an order is returned to us:
• For prepaid orders: We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
• For COD orders: The order will be cancelled. No refund is applicable as no payment was collected.
Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are correct before placing your order.

All fragrance products are packed with care using protective cushioning to prevent breakage in transit. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please take an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at info@patelexoticperfumes.com.

PEAK SEASON DELAYS
─────────────────────────────────────
During Diwali, Eid, New Year, and other major festive periods, delivery timelines may be extended by 1–3 additional days due to high courier volumes. We recommend ordering at least 7–10 days in advance for gifting occasions.
